Addepar, Attentive, Stanford

Nick Dupoux is a software engineer at Arena interested in building large-scale machine learning systems. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford and studied in Princeton's Master's in Computer Science program.

Before Arena, Nick worked as a senior software engineer at Attentive, architecting and developing a platform for serving metrics data at scale, and before that, as a software engineer at Addepar, contributing to its core data processing algorithms and distributed computation engine.

Nick's technical interests include the study of programming languages, machine learning, formal verification, and theoretical computer science. Outside of work, he enjoys learning history, particularly revolutionary periods of the 19th and 20th centuries, reading science fiction, and practicing dynamic sketching, a dedicated practice of observational drawing and study.
