Michael brings 10+ years of experience driving large scale business transformations and operational programs at the intersection of Business and Technology in multi-billion dollar international companies. He brings together experience from serving around 15 different clients at McKinsey, holding a leading role at a high-tech industry player in Space and Defense working on ExCo level, and a technical background with a Ph.D. in Physics.

More recently Michael worked on Board and ExCo level and held overall responsibility for the complete re-design of entire operational units. He also held a leading role in designing and operationalizing the split of an Aerospace and Defense company based on product, customer, and political considerations.

Michael holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Physics from Columbia University and a B.A. in Physics from University of California, Berkeley.
