Alison joins Arena from YouTube, where she worked in Strategy and Business Operations, driving key product initiatives across short-form video and subscriptions. Prior to YouTube, Alison also worked in Corporate Development and Content Strategy at Spotify.

Previously, Alison was a member of L.E.K. Consulting’s Consumer Practice in the U.S. and Europe, focusing on growth strategy and M&A in consumer tech, travel and tourism, and retail.

Alison holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a B.A. in Economics and French from Boston College. She was also a Fulbright Fellow in Dresden, Germany.
