Alican has 10+ years of experience partnering with product and business teams spanning three continents to bring innovative tech products to market across multiple industries, including medtech, cloud, financial services, and legal.

During his time at McKinsey in both Istanbul and New York, Alican led several end-to-end transformations at multi-national enterprises where he focused on areas such as product development, data and analytics, and business strategy and operations.

Alican holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Bogazici University and an MBA from Columbia University.
