Jayce joined Arena from Disney Streaming Services, where he led a team in ML/AI projects, enhancing data quality assurance through work in data lineage, impact analysis, and anomaly detection. Before Disney, Jayce was a Data Engineer at ByteDance TikTok, where he contributed to the core data processing and scalability enhancements for their news platform, Toutiao.

Jayce holds a Master’s in Data Science from University of California, Los Angeles, and a dual B.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida.
