Darragh Kilgallen

Darragh has experience hiring + supporting technical talent at startups, high growth companies, and global organizations. During the beginning of her career, she focused on recruiting at earlier stage startups. Darragh joined Peloton pre-IPO and helped with the excessive hiring volume due to their COVID demand. Then she spent a couple of years on the Hardware Beta Testing team, collecting feedback from users in real environments.

Darragh handles the Candidate and Employee Experience at Arena.

She has a B.A. from CUNY Hunter College in Sociology, with a minor in English.
